Donations to Sioo are voluntary and nonrefundable.

2. Not Tax-Deductible

Donations are not tax-deductible unless Sioo is operating as a registered nonprofit. Donors are responsible for verifying tax treatment with a tax professional.

3. Use of Funds

All donations go directly toward creating and promoting music, including but not limited to: studio time, live instruments and musicians, producer fees, equipment and maintenance, mixing and mastering, production and distribution costs, artwork, music videos, marketing, and collaborations.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Donations do not entitle donors to ownership, publishing rights, or guaranteed releases. Any rewards or perks will be clearly listed in the campaign or donation description.

Overview

Merchandise sold via this Website or affiliated stores is subject to the following terms regarding ordering, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Ordering

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors or other issues; in such cases you will be notified and refunded.

Shipping

• Shipping times and costs vary by carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
• International customers are responsible for duties and import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed merchandise in original condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
• Refunds (when granted) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receipt.
• Exchanges are handled as a new order once the returned item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We'll provide a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
